GAMMA holds Zoom support meetings at 7.30pm usually on the first Wednesday of each month – occasionally they’ll be held on a different day – keep an eye out here for the dates. We aim to keep the meetings to a maximum of one hour duration. 

Each meeting gives participants an opportunity to briefly introduce themselves, tell their stories and talk about any issues and concerns, and listen to the experience and insights of others.

Also usually at each meeting a more experienced GAMMA man will relate how he navigated his way through the challenging coming out process and anwer any questions others may have.
