GAMMA NSW Inc. is a group of dedicated men who identify as Gay or Bisexual and who are—or who have been—married or involved in a heterosexual relationship. GAMMA offers support and advice to married Gay and Bisexual men in New South Wales.

Who are we?

ince 1977, GAMMA has been there to support men who are or have been involved in a heterosexual relationship, but who have sexual contact with other men. The group was begun by men who found themselves in a similar situation, and continues in the same tradition.

Meetings

here are twice–monthly support meetings (every 1^st and 3^rd Wednesday of the month), held in the ACON building in Surry Hills.

Phone Line

ur phone support line is advertised all over New South Wales (see the White pages under Gay & Married Men's Association). The phone line is not a call centre – you will be speaking to a man who has been where you are and whose experiences mirror your own.

Socials

e have quarterly social functions (notified on the web, at meetings, and to our e–mail contacts). These may include movies, communal dinners, or theatre trips. Please contact for details.

What does it cost?

ur services are funded by the South Eastern Sydney and Illawarra Area Health Service, and are absolutely free. There are no joining fees, hidden costs or charges for attendance at meetings. We keep the cost of social events to an absolute minimum.
